Tears of the Earth Foundation is registered as a company under the companies Act, 2013, under Section 8 and its sub-sections which states a non-profit organization that aims to promote charitable activities, art, science, education and sports. The profit of such companies is utilized for promoting these objectives. No alteration shall be made to the memorandum of association, or in the articles of association of the company.
